Scout is the beloved best friend of Awesome Dawgs owners Steve and Mary Jo. He is a Boykin spaniel, born and bred in North Carolina. The Boykin spaniel is the state dog of South Carolina where the breed was developed for bird hunting.
Scout is a joyful, active 9-year-old who loves morning hikes with his mom and chasing frisbee with his dad. His favorite activity is anything that includes his people. He was extremely easy to train and will do most anything for cheese.
He is very silly and makes his people laugh every day. Above all else he is a true, loving companion.
